U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond, of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, said he was considering sanctions against Steve Berman and his Seattle-based firm, Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, as well as a former partner at his firm, Tyler Weaver, in dozens of thalidomide lawsuits.
