A group of athletes, celebrities and entertainment entities accused of aiding the sale of unregistered securities tied to the FTX cryptocurrency exchange, moved to dismiss the consolidated claims against them in the multidistrict litigation in the Southern District of Florida on Sunday evening in response to a court order that dismissed a majority of the claims.
