'Interactive Process' in Disability Discrimination Suit Could Make Its Way to First Circuit, Counsel Says

“Given the strong evidentiary basis for the verdict and what we believe to be clear legal error in the court’s order, we will be appealing the decision to the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
